2023 The Long Run CES 20-Miler

FOR PARTICIPANTS: Cap off your training for the marathon in style with "The Long Run" — a fully supported 20-mile group long run. Take advantage of the assistance of pacers, refuel and re-energize at the aid stations stocked with water and Gatorade Endurance every few miles, enjoy the support and motivation of the coaches and relax after this "dress rehearsal" for your effort with post-run stretching and massage from Aligned Modern Health and food and beverages to jump start your recovery.

NOTE: Entry to "The Long Run" is strictly limited to registered CES training members and our special, invited guests (Fleet Feet Racing Team, Charity Partner Guests, etc.).  This allows us to focus our attention and provide you with the support you need and the intimate, family atmosphere that our members expect and deserve.

FOR VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers, we need you! Join us for the marathon season's longest training run and help create an incredible experience for our runners. Various roles are available, so share this opportunity with others who may be interested! Let's make this event unforgettable together! #MarathonTraining #VolunteerOpportunity #SportsCommunity
